Synthesia Technology America held the annual Kick-off LATAM 2023 meeting on 2 and 3 February in Panama.
On this occasion, the meeting was attended by members from across the Americas region from different departments: Operations, Finance, Commercial, Customer Service and Logistics.
The meeting was attended by David Pallejà, CEO of Synthesia Technology and Maria Jimena Tovar, Business Director LATAM, as well as Lluís Ferre, Global Finance Director and Adrian Pignata, Global Operations Manager.
They were two days of great teamwork, analysing the results of the past year 2022 and the growth projections for 2023 in each of the countries and business units, as well as to strengthen ties between the different areas and countries.
We foresee a 2023 with important threats and challenges, but also with growth prospects that together, as a team, we will be able to overcome and achieve without any doubt.
This type of activity helps to improve team dynamics, strengthening personal and professional interrelationships, while stimulating involvement and collaboration. All of this with a single objective, to encourage commitment and continuous improvement.
