Synthesia Technology America held the annual Kick-off LATAM 2024 meeting on 5, 6 and 7 February in Panama.
The meeting was attended by employees from all over the Americas region from different departments: Operations, Finance, Commercial, Customer Service and Logistics.
The meeting was attended by David Pallejà, CEO of Synthesia, and Maria Jimena Tovar, Business Director LATAM, as well as Lluís Ferré, Global Finance Director, Lorena Fernández, Divisional Financial Controller, Lidia Castro, HR Manager, and Adrián Pignata, Global Operations Manager.
It was three days of great teamwork, analysing the results of the past year 2023 and the growth projections for 2024 in each of the countries and business units, as well as strengthening ties between the different areas and countries.
We foresee a 2024 with important challenges and with many growth prospects that together, as a team, we will be able to overcome and achieve without any doubt.
